Hello guys, trust you all have been good!!! I know it's been a while since my last post but rest assured I am with you for the long ride. You know what they say about your body never being the same after bearing children, well, I totally agree with that. I have come a long way from my pregnancy weight, though my body ain't perfect yet, the work towards perfection continues...hehehe... 



For those interested on how I lost some weight, I registered at a gym for 3 months after the arrival of my second girl. I reduced my food intake, especially at dinner time, substituting it with fruits. Its not been easy but definitely worth the efforts. Before you start going too hard on yourself, remember our bodies are different; take your time, define a healthy routine and you will eventually see the results.
